Tim Kent sings “Old Harry Mousdell”

January 2014

My good friend Harry Mousdell passed away in September 2012. This is the song I wrote in his memory. Hope you like it.

Chorus: Old Harry Mousdell we’ll miss you and your company / Sussex is a sadder place now you have gone / Harry we’ll think of you and Harry we’ll drink to you / Your name and your memory will live on.

Barry Turner and Tim Kent sing “They Were The Few”

January 2014

This is a song about The Battle of Britain which we hope will become well-known all over the world.

The song has also been scored for a military / wind band.

Please tell anybody connected with The Battle of Britain of this song’s existence.

Chorus: They were The Few they were The Few / They stood alone against the enemy so that freedom might win through / They were The Few in their Airforce blue / let’s remember what they did for me and you / this song is dedicated to The Few

Yard of Ale & Guests – “T in the Car Park”

March 2014

This is an annual musical event which takes place in the courtyard of The Aberdour Hotel, Aberdour, Fife, Scotland on the afternoon of 2nd January.

It features Scotland’s premier folk ‘n fun band ‘Yard of Ale’ and their this year’s guests: The Harveys Boys, Madelaine Cave and Ian Macfarlane

This is a brief 22 minute film of the afternoon which was, as always, most enjoyable and well supported. Many thanks go to Scott and Iona and all their staff for staging yet another enjoyable gig.
